It was a terrifying journey, yet often magical one. My husband’s life-threatening and disabling accident, followed by his acute recovery in an icu and then an inpatient rehabilitation facility.
I was moved and awe-struck by the unique relationships that developed almost immediately between Jim and his care providers - a silent understanding and respect.
